How do you manage to sell your products so cheap?

We purchase in large quantities and have a reduced markup in comparison to a lot of the larger adult stores. Our policy has been to not employ third parties to sell our products as we would need to add their slice of the pie into the retail price. These to key statergies are how we can afford to sell sex toys at the prices that we do.

What will show up on my credit card or bank statement?

No worries, all transactions are processed in the name of 'Australian Internet Merchants' and this is what will show on your statements.

How can I place an order?

The easiest way to place orders is via the website, as it is available any time of the day or night. Orders can also be placed via fax, telephone or post.

How can I pay for my order?
No worries, we accept all major credit cards, cheque and money orders. The most efficient form of payment is by credit card, as validation and funds are managed in real time it ensures your order is processed in the quickest possible time frame. Can I cancel or change my order?
For sure, so long as we haven’t dispatched your order, we should be able to cancel or change your order. Just give us a ring or send us an email stating the order reference and as to whether you wish to cancel or change the order.

How do I know what is happening to my order?
Easy, once your order has been placed, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order details. Once you have received this you can track the order through our website using the “Order Tracking” option. We will however keep you up to date with the status of your order by emailing you at each step of the process.  Once the gift has been picked and wrapped, and again when it is dispatched. If it is sent by express post we will provide you with the Aus-Post tracking number so that you can track your gifts progress right to the door.

What delivery methods do you use?
This depends on the type of gift ordered and where. We have our own vans that deliver gifts ordered for the Perth area. For all other deliveries we use Australian Post, either regular or express.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?
If Australian Post is delivering the gift and nobody is home, they will leave a card detailing how you can obtain your gift. If we are delivering it our selves we will try and ring and arrange a delivery time prior to delivery.
