In Stock Promise

I guess we have all had the experience of ordering something on line to only receive an email saying that it is currently ouit of stock and that it will be dispatched as soon as the new stock arrives. Or worst still, you ring up 5 days later when your order still hasnt arrived to be told that it isn't in stock and you can either wait for the new shipment to arrive or you can have a refund.

Well here at SexToys2theDoor we would like to remove that worry for our customers by promising that if our system says it is in stock, then it really is. You will notice that some of our products will display the text 'Out of Stock'. In these instances you will not be able to order that item until we have re-stocked. If the item does not display this text then it means that we are holding stock and can fulfill your order immediately.

There is a good test that will tell you whether it is likely a website company is holding stock or not. Find an item you are interested in and then try to order 1000 of it. If it lets you do it, then the chances are that they are not holding stock. Try it on our website, you will find that you will receive a message saying something like 'I'm sorry we only have 3 of these in stock'

So what does this really mean for you the customer.

Well, by us promising you that what ever you order we have in stock, means that we can also promise that we will dispatch your order within 12 to 24 hours of you placing it i.e. if you place your order before 2PM West Australian Time we will dispatch it that day, if you place your order after 2PM we will dispatch it on the next working day (doesn't include weekends and public holidays).
