We purchase in large quantities and have a reduced markup in comparison to a lot of the larger adult stores. Our policy has been to not employ third parties to sell our products as we would need to add their slice of the pie into the retail price. The most efficient form of payment is by credit card, as validation and funds are managed in real time it ensures your order is processed in the quickest possible time frame. For sure, so long as we haven't dispatched your order, we should be able to cancel or change your order. Just give us a ring or send us an email stating the order reference and as to whether you wish to cancel or change the order.

Easy, once your order has been placed, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order details. Once you have received this you can track the order through our website using the "Order Tracking" option. We will however keep you up to date with the status of your order by emailing you at each step of the process. Once the gift has been picked and wrapped, and again when it is dispatched. If it is sent by express post we will provide you with the Aus-Post tracking number so that you can track your gifts progress right to the door.

This depends on the type of gift ordered and where. We have our own vans that deliver gifts ordered for the Perth area. For all other deliveries we use Australian Post, either regular or express.

If Australian Post is delivering the gift and nobody is home, they will leave a card detailing how you can obtain your gift. If we are delivering it our selves we will try and ring and arrange a delivery time prior to delivery.
