I just thought i would write a review to let people know how good your service is. I purchased one of your mini vibrators and when i received it, it didnt have the free batteries included. When i contacted your company you where totaly polite and very apologetic and sent me not one set of batteries but two to make up for the mistake, which i thought was a nice touch.
