The boobie world champion is pretty self explanatory, but just in case: -

You go out on a boys night out, lets say a bucks night. Each one of the group marks the titties out of 10 and the accumulated scores are awarded to each pair. At the end of the night the owner of the jugs with the highest score is awarded the prestigious Boobie World Champion trophy.
